The death of a founding member of the “Gladys Knight and the Pips”, has been reported by the Huffington Post. According to the Huffington Post William Guest, 74, died of congestive heart disease. Several other members of the group also lost their lives.
Eleanor Guest, Original Pips member, died of heart failure on August 23, 1997. Langston George, who suffered from congestive cardiac failure, died on March 19, 2007. Bubba Knight, his sister’s tour manager, was said to have sometimes joined Gladys onstage during performances.
